VAAYU only collects what's needed to get your order from campus to the Main Gate — nothing more. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What We Collect

To process your deliveries efficiently, VAAYU collects:

  • Your name, so we can confirm who an order belongs to at pickup.
  • Contact details, so we can call you when your order reaches the Main Gate.
  • Order information — the items, delivery slot, and fees for each order you place.

How We Use It

Your data is used only for service improvement and communication — running deliveries smoothly, reaching you about an order, and understanding how to make VAAYU better for the campus.

Sharing

We never sell or share your data with external parties. Your information stays within VAAYU, used solely to operate the delivery service you're using.

Your Control

You may request account deletion at any time. Note that some data may be retained afterward where required for legal purposes.
